Welcome to Nauss CTF! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service agreement (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Our Service Nauss CTF provides a Capture The Flag (CTF) competition platform where users can participate in cybersecurity challenges. These services are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

a. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.

b. User Accounts When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

2. Prohibited Conduct You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any illegal purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

3. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

4. Disclaimer Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Nauss CTF, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
